It was Mr. R.K.Patodia’s (Managing Director) efforts, that YSL entered the export business in a small way and slowly but steadily started exports in a full-fledged way. The company from then never looked back in exports and achieved a distinction for itself.
It was then, to boost the company’s efforts and confidence, that the Ministry of Commerce, Government of India, for the first time, recognized YSL as an Export House and then a Trading House. YSL today legitimately takes pride in its phenomenal success in export trade and
is now firmly established in the international market as a leading exporter of various yarns from India. Actively engaged in exports for more then four decades, We have not only been a pioneer among the merchant exporters of cotton yarn, but has also earned the distinction of being the largest establishment among merchant exporters of cotton yarn and was one of the biggest quota holder of EEC countries during the quota regime.
Having strategic alliances with various manufacturers and a transparent business approach, commitment on quality and consistency and outstanding business acumen combined with dedication and conviction, the company has been turned around to what YSL is today.
